I see clients both via Telehealth and in office (limited availability). My office is located at 2006 W. Koenig Lane, Austin 78756.
I currently provide individual counseling to adults ages 18+.
Initial Free Consultation
We can briefly discuss why you're seeking therapy and see whether this would be a good fit. You're also welcome to ask questions about the therapy process and my approach.
Extended 90 Minute EMDR Session
EMDR sessions often benefit from more time to fully process memories. Extended sessions are available on request.
Fee: $ 150
Standard 50 Minute Session
Sessions may be weekly or biweekly as needed.
Fee: $110 (reduced fee appointments may be available on request)
Insurance

I am currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum/United Healthcare, Aetna and Cigna, subject to benefits verification. I can also provide a superbill to request out-of-network reimbursement from other insurers.
